Former Leaf Justin Holl is having himself an impressive year after leaving Toronto, and he is leading the league in this impressive stat.

Holl Leading League in Plus/Minus Three Weeks Into the Season

Justin Holl is finding himself in a nice groove with his new team the Detroit Red Wings, earning some nice minutes with the club. While the defenseman isn't notorious for his offensive production, he has been able to record 3 assists already this year.
