New Update on Matt Murray's Injury
The Maple Leafs will face the Tampa Bay Lightning in the frist round of the playoffs and they will need to play very well if they want to beat them. Every player will have to give all they have on the ice.
Unfortunately, the Leafs got struck by bad luck once again with yet another injury to goaltender Matt Murray.
Injury Update for Murray
Ahead of tonight's game against the Blue Jackets, Sheldon Keefe, during a press conference, gave an update on Murray's situation.
As reported by Elliotte Friedman:
TOR head coach Sheldon Keefe says team is taking it day-to-day with length of Matt Murray's absencesays «it's difficult» to determine exact timeline. It is a head injury.
We still don't know when he'll be back, but let's hope for a swift recovery as the Leafs will need him for the playoffs.
