It can't be forgotten that Jordie Benn is equally NHL calibre, despite patrolling the first pairing for the Marlies at this time.
It's safe to say that Kyle Dubas will try to turn this surplus into something. Whether it's futures, or another top-nine forward, or even a goaltender, it's hard to imagine the Leafs leaving the trade deadline with 10 blueliners!
