The Arizona Coyotes might have waited too long to trade Jakob Chychrun. Now, the few teams left in the picture are waiting for a price drop.
Teams Waiting For Chychrun Ask to Fall
Per Darren Dreger, Buffalo, Columbus, and Ottawa are still active in the Chychrun conversation. All three of them have the assets needed to make a deal happen, at this point, they can wait it out until the price falls to their demands.
Arizona has reportedly declined big offers from LA, and with the deadline only 56 hours away, they need to sell soon.
Teams are poised, hoping for a price drop on Chychrun. Buffalo is staying close. Columbus has some collateral after the trade with the Kings and is interested. Ottawa is always willing to listen and the Sens are on a roll. Question is, will there be a price drop?
The only question is, will Arizona continue to wait out on a Chychrun trade?
