Former Leaf All But Confirms Who the Team Will Start in the Playoffs
The Toronto Maple Leafs have a duo of goaltenders that both have their pros and cons.
Per a former Maple Leaf, it is very clear who will get the start in the playoffs.
Murray Gets the Edge
Former Maple Leaf Carlo Colaiacovo made it very clear on the FirstUp 1050 Radio Show that Matt Murray will get the start in the playoffs under one condition.
As long as Murray is healthy, he will be the guy.
This makes sense, as Murray has dealt with injury issues this season, but when he's been healthy he's been great. He equally has cup pedigree from his time in Pittsburgh.
Hopefully this is the Leafs team that can go all the way, and if they can be quarterbacked by peak Matt Murray, they could be unstoppable.
