Tie Domi reacts to Max Domi taking on defenseman Simon Nemec
A video of Tie Domi's reaction to his son Max taking on the New Jersey Devils' Simon Nemec has emerged.
The former Leafs' enforcer has been spotted multiple times at the Scotiabank Arena since his son signed with the Maple Leafs.
Last night, he got to watch the Leafs' losing 6-5 to the New Jersey Devils, but most importantly, his son dropping the gloves.
Max Domi completely destroyed Simon Nemec in a reckless fight after the rookie defenseman had played rough with Auston Matthews.
He landed a few solid punches in front of thousands of happy fans. However, his dad didn't seem to enjoy it as much.

As you can see, he wasn't impressed at all. It's understandable, as no parent like to see their child fight and he fought 277 times in his NHL career.
The same thing happened the last time that Max fought in Toronto, a few weeks ago:
At this point of the season, getting injured in a fight would be devastating for the player. Tie was probably worried to see his son being forced to miss the playoffs due to an injury. We bet that the Leafs' management went through the same feeling. when it occured.
