BREAKING: Brad Marchand Appears to Be Cut By Skate
In the Bruins' game against the Edmonton Oilers, a collision between Brad Marchand and Darnell Nurse ended with Marchand injured:
Marchand was immediately met by both teams' medical staff, and ushered down the tunnel quickly.
This type of injury has knocked out players for months, so hopefully this isn't the end of Marchand's campaign.
UPDATE:Thankfully, Marchand has returned to the game. After a similar injury ended Ryan Johansen's season, and a skate cut to the wrist had Evander Kane miss three months, Marchand and the Bruins got very lucky here.
