Analyst Randy Timmins made an interesting point via his Twitter account in the last few hours.
According to him, firing Alex Burrows and replacing him with an experienced coach could certainly be a solution to the Canadiens' lack of success, especially on the power play, where the team has a 15% efficiency percentage at 5-on-4.
"I think it would be very beneficial to relieve Burrows of his duties and replace him with someone who has extensive experience behind an NHL bench. Marty needs someone to turn to from time to time."
Bob Hartley had already offered his services to Dominique Ducharme at the time. Could he come back and help Martin St-Louis?
We'll have to keep an eye on this one, but with a sixth straight loss, St-Louis' patience is certainly beginning to wear thin.
