A recent fan poll reveals Habs fans choice for next Canadiens GM

Canadien fans have been vocal since Marc Bergevin was fired. Most of them want former Blue-White-Red goaltender Patrick Roy.

TVA Sports has undertaken a fan poll with obvious results.

Here are the results to the question:

"Who is your favorite candidate for the position of GM of the Canadiens?

1-Patrick Roy 42,4%

2-Mathieu Darche 21.59%

3-Stéphane Quintal 10,63%

4-Marc Denis 7.94%

5-Émilie Castonguay 5.93%

6-Kent Hughes 3,72%

7-Danièle Sauvageau 2.77%

8-Daniel Brière 2.55%

9-Roberto Luongo 2.43

TVA Sports recalls that Patrick Roy had interviewed in 2012 to get the head coaching job of the Canadiens. Marc Bergevin had finally decided to give the job to Michel Therrien.
