Evander Kane can't catch a break

On December 22nd, Kane got «COVID symptoms, severity unknown,» according to San Jose Hockey Now.
Kane had been in protocol for almost a week, yet he missed the Barracuda's January 2nd game against the Stockton Heat In Pittsburgh, Cicek and Weatherby were with the San Jose Sharks.
A source told San Jose Hockey Now that Evander Kane is still recovering from a bad case of COVID. Kane no longer has active COVID symptoms, but he did have a terrible case. The source did not reveal Kane's symptoms.
Kane's comeback to the Barracuda is currently unknown. In five AHL games, he has eight points.
It does not look like Kane will ever come back to the NHL.
