While the Vegas Golden Knights have categorically denied that a reunion with Fleury is in the works, the beloved goalie had this to say to Chicago Sun-Times reporter Ben Pope about moving to a contender before the March 21st deadline.
"I'd love to have a chance to win if I move." However, there's still a big if."
He stated that he has not had any discussions with the Hawks regarding a possible trade, but that his agency has. Flower also stated that he is confident that he will play at least one more season after this one. As a result, a competitor may become very interested in acquiring him.
