Connor McDavid wasn't at the Oilers practice in Toronto. He and Derek Ryan have tested positive for COVID. His status for the game against the Leafs won't be known until tomorrow.
This is the worst possible time for the struggling Oilers who have won 2 games in their last 14 contests.
Connor leads the league with 53 points in 33 games. His absence would be a massive blow, as the team is currently riding a four-game winless streak.
