Big announcement at Hockey Canada
Michael Brind'Amour, Chairman of the Board of Hockey Canada, resigned this morning in the wake of the numerous scandals that have plagued his federation for several months.
«My contract ends in November 2022 and I know that we will not have to wait for a new era," admitted Brind'Amour in a press release. Immediate action is required to address the many challenges facing our organization and our sport, which our Action Plan should do. I would not be in a position to renew my contract, and so I announced my resignation to the Board of Directors.
