Blackhawks Block Patrick Kane From Speaking to Toronto Media
After the New York Rangers acquired Vladimir Tarasenko, the hopes to acquire Patrick Kane mostly dissipated.
This has led to Toronto being the frontrunner destination for the legendary American winger.
If there were any doubts Toronto was in serious contention for Kane, tonight sealed them.
After a 5-2 crushing by the Leafs, Kane was blocked from meeting with Toronto media. Pretty telling of where things are headed!
We requested Kane post game but Blackhawks media relations says he's throwing a no quoter.
While for years we thought Kane would be a Blueshirt, it looks like the Blue he'll be wearing is that of the Maple Leafs.
