Darren Dreger speaks about a Carey Price trade this summer
The renowned Darren Dreger spoke this morning on TSN 690 about a potential trade involving Carey Price.
"You know, it's a matter of caution. I think the Montreal Canadiens have been patient and supportive. It's not a negative story. They've allowed Carey Price to work on his knee issues and be healthy on and off the ice and obviously he's a much healthier player.
"Jeff Gorton, Kent Hughes and Geoff Molson are going to show great respect for Carey Price. If Carey is open to change, and in fact, wants change, I'm sure the Montreal Canadiens will oblige. Do I think the Canadiens will pressure Carey Price to be traded? No, I don't think so. But they're going to do their homework with Price and have that conversation, which will happen at the right time." - Darren Dreger
