Forward Nicolas Aube-Kubel served up a dirty hit to the head on Tampa Bay Lightning's Cal Foote.

A "blind side" check that will surely merit a multi-game suspension. On the clip, he was ejected from the game.
Aubé-Kubel was playing in his third game with the Washington Capitals, having been put on waivers by the Maple Leafs last week.
