Flyers Head Coach John Tortorella Makes Brutally Honest Statement
Newly-minted Philadelphia Flyers coach John Tortorella hasn't been shy to exclaim his disappointment in his new team.
In an interview last week, when asked if the Flyers had anything positive to build around, Tortorella simply responded with "no".
Player Joel Farabee disagreed with his head coach's sentiment.
Everyone is already saying our season is done. No one believes in us but ourselves.
The most jarring thing Tortorella has said however is that the Philadelphia Flyers have no respect in the league.
We have zero respect in this league. I'm willing to admit that
However, things are looking up for the team. Tortorella believes that he can mould this team into something better, and the Flyers have started the season off undefeated through two games.
