The Habs struggled all season and became the first NHL team to be officially eliminated from playoff contention.
Unsurprisingly, Price's stats in his four games have been dismal. His 0-4 record has him averaging 4.04 goals against and an .853 save percentage. It would take anyone a long time to recover from missing the entire season and playing on a bad Habs team.
Former Habs goaltending coach Stéphane Waite expressed displeasure with Price's performance.
Waite expressed his displeasure with Price's "many different abnormal moves," including "at least seven moves that were not his usual way of working."
Experts are concerned about his knee, according to Waite.
