According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Calgary Flames have agreed to terms on a professional tryout with forward Sonny Milano.
Still without a contract, it's surprising that Milano hasn't received a concrete contract offer, considering the season he had in 2021-2022.
In 66 games with the Anaheim Ducks, the former 16th overall pick in 2014 had 34 points, which is far from bad.
If he impresses in training camp, it could prove to be a great move by the Flames GM.
