Alexis Lafreniere has been linked to several trade rumours lately. Being a Quebecer, one can believe that he would like to come play in Montreal.
Former Montreal Canadiens scout Grant McCagg was a guest on The Sick Podcast with Tony Marinaro. The host asked him what he would give to have the young Rangers player. McCagg replied, without hesitation, that he would trade Kirby Dach for Lafreniere.
The Quebec forward has 17 points, including five goals in 39 games this season.
