Friedman: Senators and Leafs trade discussions really intensify

According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, talks between the Ottawa Senators and Toronto Maple Leafs for goaltender Matt Murray are heating up.
"Rumour has it that OTT / TOR has stepped up discussions around Matt Murray. We'll see how things play out, but those conversations are ongoing." -Elliotte Friedman
Senators GM Pierre Dorion is looking for any way to trade goaltender Matt Murray, who makes $6.25 million a year through the summer of 2024.
In 20 games last season, Murray maintained a 3.05 goals-against average and a .906 save percentage. He also started two games in the AHL.
