The New York Rangers have reportedly made an offer to the Arizona Coyotes for standout defenseman Jakob Chychrun.
He didn't elaborate on the offer, but said it centred on Vitaly Kravtsov.
It's a hefty ask for Chychrun. They want a young player, a first-round selection, and a top prospect.
It's understandable that the Coyotes want this much. A top-pairing defenseman when at his best, Chychrun.
Last season, he scored 18 goals and 41 points in 56 games. Despite his struggles this season, a comeback seems probable.
