Insider says Atlantic division rival targeting Tyler Toffoli
Shawn Simpson pointed out today that Toffoli would make sense with the Ottawa Senators.
''As TSNJR pointed out, Toffoli would make sense for Ottawa. Has two years left after this at 5.1 and 3.5. Sens were in on him as a UFA, then signed Daddy after he signed with the Habs.''
The Senators have been hard at work scouting the Canadiens recently, and Toffoli might be one of their targets.
The Canadiens' forward recently stated that he doesn't want to be traded and that he wants to be part of the future in Montreal.
