An unnamed and obviously jealous general manager has picked up the Montreal Canadiens and Dallas Stars organization on their 2021 playoff runs for Montreal and 2020 for Dallas.
The GM in question spoke to the "NHL Breakers" platform:
« Dallas and Montreal, never in the history of field hockey, that either of those two teams would have made it to the finals, had it not been for COVID-19. They got lucky, and in the perfect storm, of an incomplete season and a false run to make the playoffs." - An anonymous NHL GM
Incredible statement, you have to be out of touch to say things like that.
