Nashville Predators general manager David Poile is not one to mince his words.
During his end of season review, he started by mentioning that he will have a new backup goalie. Bye bye David Rittich! Obviously, Connor Ingram will get the job.
He then talked about two young players in his organization, Luke Kunin (24) and Eeli Tolvanen (23). In fact, he picked them up publicly.
"Kunin and Tolvanen just didn't meet our/their expectations."
Tolvanen had just 23 points in 74 games, while Kunin added 22 in 82.
Ouch!
