With only a few months left on his contract, Marc-André Fleury may not be open to moving again.
«We should prepare ourselves for the possibility of Marc-Andre Fleury, Washington Capital. At the very least, the Capitals are looking into it," Friedman wrote.
With the possibility to win another title before retiring, Fleury may waive his clause to facilitate a deal. So this new contender is intriguing.
The Washington Post's Samantha Pell expects the Capitals will have a new goaltender by the trade deadline. So she believes they are interested in Fleury.

Without the Blackhawks retaining some of Fleury's $7 million contract charge, the Caps will need to create place for him.
