Oilers GM seems to REALLY want Kane

With the Oilers currently in a free fall having lost 5 straight and currently sitting out of a playoff spot, GM Ken Holland seems to be on the hot seat! Does he feel like he needs to make a move to try to spark the team? We don't know yet. But today he confirmed he spoke to Evander Kane's agent.

He even confirmed that he won't fire the coach as he doesn't believe in mid season coaching change, so bringing in a player is almost a sure thing since Tippett will remain.

The Oilers have just two wins in their last 13 games and rank 11th in the Western, so they MUST make a move!
