Colorado Avalanche defenceman Samuel Girard was checked by Ivan Barbashev on Saturday, breaking his sternum.
Yesterday, he posted a photo on Instagram and let's just say it's getting a lot of attention.
The good news is that he's still smiling. We wish him a speedy recovery!
