Stone hasn't played since early February due to a back injury and was placed on LTIR to allow the team to add Jack Eichel.
Now the Golden Knights must place William Carrier, Nolan Patrick, and Laurent Brossoit on LTIR to free up $4.925M in cap space.
I'm sure it's all legal and fair...
The way Vegas and the Tampa Bay Lightning have treated the NHL's salary cap should require some form of league intervention. But, you know, if you're not cheating, you're not trying.
