Things Have Hit Rock Bottom for Shane Wright in Seattle
Tensions are clearly high in Seattle. Top prospect Shane Wright is still in the NHL, but he has played only seven games out of fifteen, and he is limited to under six minutes a night when he is dressed.
Now, Elliotte Friedman has concluded that coach Dave Hakstoll has no intention of playing Shane Wright more.
Essentially, unless Hakstoll is given a direct order to play Wright more, he will sit on the sidelines for the rest of the season.
Definitely not the spark we were hoping for with Shane Wright.
