Wayne Gretzky Makes a Shocking Statement About Jack Hughes and Connor McDavid
Connor McDavid is the best player in the NHL. It is tough to debate this, especially as McDavid works towards the first 150-point season in decades.
However, the all-time goat of hockey, Wayne Gretzky, thinks another player is in reach of beating out McDavid.
Jack Hughes, 2019 1st overall pick, and New Jersey Devils all-star is in the first year of an eight-year contract with an $8-million annual average value. It's safe to say that the Devils will get some great value out of that deal.
Gretzky believes that McDavid is in reach for Jack Hughes. It would definitely be fun for all of us to watch.
