Today a new report has come out revealing new details released by Brittany Lucic, Milan Lucic's estranged wife regarding the night he was arrested.

For those who do not remember Milan Lucic was arrested earlier this year after an intoxicated altercation where he allegedly tried to strangle his wife Brittany. His arrest led to suspension and eventual release from the Boston Bruins.

The Boston Bruins have announced that Milan Lucic will be taking an indefinite leave of absence from the team after an alleged domestic incident involving Lucic took place Friday night.

Since his arrest Milan Lucic has faced a couple of court dates but more details have not really been released. Today those details have come out from Brittany Lucic herself. In new court documents, Brittany Lucic talks about the angry intoxicated tirade the Milan Lucic went on in front of their kids and their kids' friends.

He then grabbed me by my throat with his thumbs pressed against my windpipe so I could not breath [sic]. The force and momentum of him grabbing me caused me to lose my footing and stumble backwards, landing against a chair.

Respondent's attempted strangulation of me was in the presence of all the children, including our friends' children. All the children were awake and heard what was going on and were incredibly scared,

The recounting of the events by Brittany Lucic is horrifying. The picture this paints of Milan Lucic being aggressive and violent toward someone he supposedly loved is reprehensible. He will continue to face more court hearings regarding a restraining order asked for by Brittany Lucic.

In the meantime, Brittany Lucic filed for divorce and those proceedings will likely take place in the coming weeks as well.
