Johnny Gaudreau's wife breaks her silence in heartbreaking statement after tragic accident
Meredith Gaudreau, Johnny Gaudreau's wife, has just made her first statement since the tragedy occurred and it has touched the hearts of many.
In one heart-wrenchingly touching post, Meredith Gaudreau shared her first statement on her social media just over 24 hours after the devastating tragedy that took place with the sudden loss of her husband, Johnny Gaudreau. Her words are raw, touching, and express an agony with which anyone who will read them can relate.
The absolute best dad in the world. So caring and loving. The best partner to go through parenthood with. John never missed a single appointment. Was the best at putting the baby to sleep and the Apple of Noa's eye. I love how much she looks like him. We are going to make you proud. We love you so so so much daddy
- Meredith Gaudreau
It is such a deep and emotional message; it really touches on the heart of what any loss of this nature would mean. One would not read her words without the deepest sorrow for her and feel plenty of empathy.
Our hearts are with Meredith and her children during this unimaginably hard period. We extend our deepest condolences to them in the face of this overwhelming grief.
This tragedy has affected so many lives. The trickle effect of it has reached many, with so many young children now facing a totally different life from the one that lay before them just the other day. The after-effects of this loss are great and have been felt not only by the family but also by the community at large and by all hockey fans. We stand by them in their grief, extending our prayers and support to them during this tragic time.
