Maple Leafs' Defenseman Morgan Rielly Files an Appeal For his Five-Game Suspension
Morgan Rielly decided to file an appeal for the NHL's decision to suspend him five games for a hit on Ottawa Senators' Ridley Greig.
"Morgan Rielly will be filing an appeal to NHL commissioner Gary Bettman on his five-game suspension."
Over the weekend, Greig scored a controversial empty-netter with a slap-shot. Rielly didn't like it and he landed a hit on Greig's head.
