Alex Ovechkin makes fun of John Tortorella and the Flyers
Last night the final spots in the Eastern Conference for the Stanley Cup playoffs were up for grabs. The Philadelphia Flyers and Washington Capitals played one another in what was a must win game for both.
The Philadelphia Flyers were in a must-win game with a caveat. They needed to win in regulation to stay alive. In pursuit of that regulation win they pulled their goalie hoping to score. Instead, the Washington Capitals scored securing their playoff spot.

Now the Capitals will have a huge test ahead of them as they face the New York Rangers in the first round. While we have seen crazier things the Capitals will need a big step up in quality to pull off an upset.
