Edmonton Oilers Head Coach Has an Unfortunate Slip Up while Interviewed
There is a certain amount of anxiety that comes with meeting with the media. Even seasoned pros struggle, and it is in our psychology to slip up.
The Freudian Slip is the unintentional implementation of sexual terms in normal speech. It is unavoidable when talking to the media that much, and for Oilers head coach Jay Woodcroft, it struck disastrously last night.
When talking about one of his players, he meant to say "laying out good games". Instead, he said this:
This is definitely one of the most embarrassing moments of his career!
