Montreal Canadiens goalie Carey Price is unlikely to return to action next season unless he undergoes another operation.
Earlier this summer, Price received injections to his knee. He was scheduled to see the doctor a few weeks later, in mid-July.
Unfortunately, the injections did not work and Price cancelled his appointment in Montreal.
"Chantal Machabée, the vice-president of communications, confirmed to me that it never happened." -Martin McGuire
Let's just say that from that point on, the news got worse and worse.
In fact, on 98.5 Sports, former Habs goalie coach Carey Price said he was disappointed to hear the news.
"I know how hard he works, I know how badly he wants to come back, I know how he doesn't want to end his career like this and then, honestly, when I found out today, from Kent Hughes, I was very disappointed for Carey." -Stephane Waite
