Incoming trade for the Montreal Canadiens

According to reports from IB THE GAMBLER, Montreal Canadiens general manager Kent Hughes is close to completing a deal.
Is this a reliable source? The answer is yes. As my colleague William Nadeau of the HabsAndLNH site reports, they have released several big scoops regarding the NFL as well as the NBA. In terms of the NHL, when they publish exclusive news, they are more often than not right on the money. Incidentally, the account is run by a popular New York radio host.
With so many forwards on the Habs and so few experienced defencemen, this trade would make a lot of sense.
In the past, the Habs have made several good moves in September, including the trade that sent Max Pacioretty to Las Vegas in exchange for Nick Suzuki and Tomas Tatar.
File to follow.
