William "Bill" L. Daly III is an American attorney and the current deputy commissioner and chief legal officer of the National Hockey League under Commissioner Gary Bettman.
During the traditional Stanley Cup Finals pre-conference, Bill confirmed that who ever wins the Stanley Cup is forbidden to taking it to Russia.
Bill Daly says the #NHL let #GoBolts and #GoAvsGo that the #StanleyCup will not be going to Russia this summer.
This makes complete sense if you ask me...This is not the first action the NHL has taken in relation to the conflict in Ukraine.
