The Vancouver Canucks are having a tough season with only 37 points in 40 games. Experts are even beginning to say that coach Bruce Boudreau may be fired soon.
The Athletic reporter Rick Dhaliwal said coach Rick Tocchet's name is increasingly being floated in connection with the Canucks.
Tocchet has a lot of experience in the business. He has been involved in 13 seasons as an assistant or coach. He was at the helm of the Arizona Coyotes for four seasons.
It remains to be seen what will happen with Bruce Boudreau in the coming weeks.
