Ryan O'Reilly's Hilarious Rookie Mistake Marks the Start of His Maple Leaf Career
O'Reilly has played 970 games, and two periods in the NHL. Those two periods have been as a member of the Toronto Maple Leafs, to whom he was traded yesterday.
While he is now the third most experienced player on the roster, he started off his Maple Leafs career with a hilarious rookie mistake.
When he went to douse his head with water before the game, he accidentally covered himself in berry flavoured bio-fuel!
The two bottles do look very similar, but with thirteen years of NHL experience, one would think he could tell the difference!
Hopefully his play on the ice is more resonant of his experience!
