BREAKING: NHL game facing official delays
The NHL will hold the second of the two outdoor games that were planned as part of the Stadium Series, held in New Jersey's MetLife Stadium.
An insider revealed that a new development could come in the way of the event.
Stadium Series Between Rangers and Islanders: The Game Gets Delayed Because of the Weather
In New Jersey, the weather is perfect for everything, except for ice.
It's sunny and there are almost no clouds in the sky.
Unfortunately, that is bad for the ice at the MetLife Stadium.
It looks like the NHL will be forced to delay the game until the ice is in right condition.
Insider Larry Brooks mentionned that the game could get delayed until 3:45 PM.
The NHL should made an official statement concerning the game in the next few hours.
More to come.
