The Anaheim Ducks got an iconic performance from top goaltender prospect Lukas Dostal last night but the Toronto papers did not feel like he was worth the recognition.

In last night's hockey game between the Ducks and the Maple Leafs, goaltender Lukas Dostal put up a historic game by making 55 saves against the Leafs but unfortunately, it was not enough to secure the win as the Ducks fell 2-1 in the shootout.
Following the loss, the Toronto Sun wrote a synopsis of the game and showed gross bias by calling Dostal a "no-name" goaltender.
Auston Matthews saves day in OT after no-name goalie vexes Maple Leafs

The Anaheim Ducks clapped back at the Toronto Sun with a post quoting it.
His name is Lukas Dostal. He had 55 saves last night. He was NHL Rookie of the Month in October.

Be better, @TorontoSun.

Dostal indeed is no no-name goaltender and has one of the brightest futures in the NHL right now.

Who Is Lukas Dostal?

Lulas Dostal is a 23-year-old goaltender who was drafted by the Anaheim Ducks in the third round of the 2018 draft. He has risen to become one of the best goaltending prospects in all of hockey and has gotten his first taste of full-time NHL action this year.
A native of Czechia, Dostal spent most of his minor career in Czechia before moving to Finland to play in the Finnish LIIGA where he dominated and won the goaltender of the year award all before the age of 21.
He is now finally coming into his own and like the Anaheim Ducks said, he was the rookie of the month in October. He has posted solid numbers despite a weak team in front of him and looks to be the future in net for the Ducks.
